Supervises the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to company specifications and requirements.
Schedules and coordinates installation support and service operations.
Bachelor's degree a plus, 5-7 years of related experience a must. Familiar with a variety of Broadband concepts, practices, and procedures, including antennas, headend, optical and coax distribution. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
